Premier Retail Networks and Associated Food Stores, Inc. Announce Agreement to Operate Checkout TV Network in Rebranded Fresh Market Stores

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. and SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, - Premier Retail Networks,Inc. (PRN), a global leader in providing innovative digital out-of-home media solutions, and Associated Food Stores, Inc., a grocery wholesaler headquartered in Salt Lake City, today announced a new multiyear agreement to continue the operation of PRN's Checkout TV Network in Associated Food's newly acquired Fresh Market stores. PRN will become Associated Food Stores' preferred vendor for in-store electronic media.

Associated Food Stores recently purchased 34 Albertsons stores throughout Utah from SUPERVALU, with whom PRN has had a long-term relationship. Associated Food Stores is rebranding these stores as Fresh Market.

PRN's Checkout TV Network is now in the following retailers: Acme Markets, Albertsons, Fresh Market, Jewel-Osco, Pathmark, Shaw's / Star Market, ShopRite and Walmart Stores.
