Whole Foods Market is set to open its newest store next month in Huntington Station, N.Y., the Amazon-owned grocery chain announced.

The 43,916-square-foot store at 350 Walt Whitman Road will open on July 17 and will feature more than 2,000 locally sourced products, the grocer said in a press release.

The first 300 customers in line for the 8 a.m. opening will receive a free Huntington Station tote bag and a coupon with discounts of up to $100.

Whole Foods will also hand out coffee from Sail Away Coffee Co. and muffins from Abe’s.

The grocery chain is donating a van to the nonprofit We All We Got, Inc. and $3,000 worth of products from the store.

“This initiative, part of the Nourishing Our Neighborhoods program launched in 2020, aims to enhance the operational capabilities of local food rescue organizations, enabling efficient transport of food from surplus locations to areas with the greatest need,” the grocer said.
