ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The National Association of Chain Drug Stores named Gary Wirth, vice president of state government affairs, this week. Wirth will assume the responsibility for directing NACDS' state government affairs activity in all 50 states. He will supervise a network of six regional staff lobbyists throughout the nation.
