New Pathmark Club Offers $4 Prescriptions
CARTERET, N.J. -- Pathmark Stores here is launching its Pharmacy Advantage Club, a program offering members a $4 co-pay for a 30-day supply on more than 300 generic medications.

CARTERET, N.J. -- Pathmark Stores here is launching its Pharmacy Advantage Club, a program offering members a $4 co-pay for a 30-day supply on more than 300 generic medications. Customers who join are also eligible for priority scheduling in company-sponsored flu shots and immunization programs, as well as free bone density, diabetes, and blood pressure screenings. The company reported yesterday that initial enrollment began on Feb. 23 and has been extended through April 28. Club participation is open to all Pathmark Advantage Card holders and is free for all enrollees. Consumers may sign up at any Pathmark store. “We are pleased to offer this valuable membership to our customers,” said Ken Martindale, Pathmark‘s co-president and chief marketing officer. “Our Pharmacy Advantage Club costs nothing to join and offers consumers another way to save on their prescription purchases. As always, our highly skilled pharmacists are available for individual consultation with our customers in the area of patient care.”
