CLEVELAND — ECRM said it plans to add several foodservice related sessions to its roster of buying shows in 2011, after what it described as a successful test run in July.

CLEVELAND — ECRM said it plans to add several foodservice related sessions to its roster of buying shows in 2011, after what it described as a successful test run in July.

Some of the shows scheduled for 2011 include Meal Solutions for Convenience Channels; Foodservice at Retail and Take-Away Channels; Institutional Foodservice; Foodservice Equipment & Technology; Southern Regional Food and Beverage; Northeast Regional Food and Beverage; Western Regional Food and Beverage; Midwest Regional Food and Beverage; Whole Meal Solutions; and Wine, Food and Spirits planning sessions and sourcing reviews in the U.S., Italy, Spain, France and Argentina. Other international events are also planned.

The foodservice category will focus on foodservice at retail, restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, entertainment parks, hospitals, schools and other institutions, as well as retail prepared foods and meal solutions.
