In this issue, SN continues the Technology Roundtable discussion of retailer and wholesaler information technology leaders. The executives discuss the labor shortage and upcoming trends like SBT (scan-based trading), CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) and XML (eXtensible Markup Language.)
