Food Lion Hosts Seafood Recipe Contest

SALISBURY, N.C. — Food Lion kicked off its "Share Your Flair for Seafood" recipe contest here Wednesday.

Private-label seafood ingredients will be designated for each week of the contest, which runs through April 6. This week recipes must include Food Lion shrimp and ocean perch fillets, while Food Lion shrimp or tuna is a required ingredient in next week’s entries.

Each week one winner will be awarded a $500 Food Lion gift card.
