MILWAUKEE — Roundy’s here has hired three store directors through a year-old online service called BountyJobs.com that links employers with job recruiters, said John Quincannon, senior recruiter for Roundy’s. Using the website, employers post job openings as well as a “bounty” — between 20% and 30% of the job’s salary — and invite recruiters to respond. Responding recruiters and the resumes they send are then vetted by the employer. Roundy’s began using the service last October for store directors and mid-level corporate positions like category managers. “It’s like eBay,” said Quincannon. Roundy’s has hired store directors for two Rainbow Foods stores in the Minneapolis area and one for a Pick ’n Save here. Two of the managers started in January and one will start next month. “So far so good,” he said about the performance of the new hires. The service offers a 60- and 90-day refund option. Safeway has filled five positions through the service, said Jayme Burke, corporate talent acquisition, in a statement released by BountyJobs.com
