SPOKANE, Wash. — Yoke’s Fresh Markets, a 13-store retailer here, has selected KSS PriceStrat as its price modeling and optimization solution, KSS, Florham Park, N.J., announced today. Yoke’s will use the system to model and optimize regular and promotional pricing across all of its stores. PriceStrat leverages historical POS data to forecast consumer reaction to pricing. “By using KSS PriceStrat, we will have advanced insight into our pricing and promotional decisions and will be able to ensure that we are priced right, on the right items, for our customers,” said Joe Hanson, vice president of operations at Yoke’s, in a statement.
