Estimates assume that the remaining 18 of 71 Delhaize stores ordered divested for anti-trust reasons as a condition of merger approval by U.S. regulatory officials and the remaining 10 of 15 Ahold stores ordered sold were transferred by the end of the fiscal year last month.
