Retailers large and small have used Facebook to call out limited time bakery items celebrating spring holidays

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Stew Leonard’s sampled Irish soda bread in its bakery.

Harmons also gave a nod to St. Patrick’s Day with its March cookie of the month, Irish toffee.

For the Jewish holiday of Purim, Roche Bros. baked hamantaschen.
