Do you support Tennessee’s wine-in-food-store legislation? In November, residents in 80 Tennessee cities and towns will vote on whether wine can be sold in food stores, starting July 2016. This comes at a time when 36 other states allow wine to be sold at food stores. Supporters of wine sales at food stores say it provides a customer convenience, while critics counter that it will hurt small businesses.
