Central Market Adds Bulk Foods

DALLAS — A bulk food section with specially crafted granola, salty snacks and chocolate covered treats has been added to Central Market’s Preston Royal location here.

“You asked for it, and we listened,” states the retailer in a post on its More, Please! blog. “Now you can get your favorite bulk foods — from imported olives and party dips to nuts and trail mixes.”

Individual plastic bins house loose teas, assorted spices, almonds, pistachios, coffee beans and specialty trail mixes containing wasabi peas, pecans, cashews, Turkish apricots, and cranberries.

“Spice up your next soiree, give your morning yogurt a boost, or find a healthier snack than that silly vending machine offers,” states Central Market.
