PLEASANTON, Calif. — Along with a casino, spa, wave pool and convention center, the upscale Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is unique for another reason: it's selling O Organics products.

The brand is also available in several other Las Vegas casinos, according to Alex Petrov, president of Lucerne Foods and chair of the Better Living Brands Alliance.

The casino partnerships come at a time when Lucerne is forming other new distribution agreements for Eating Right and O Organics.

“We want to make these products available to everyone, everywhere,” Petrov told SN.

Lucerne is working with foodservice company Aramark to provide select O Organics products to San Francisco Bay Area businesses. It is also expanding on college campuses, with plans for O Organics-brand fresh salad bars.

Eating Right and O Organics are available at Google's in-house cafeterias in Northern California, as well as in cafeterias at several universities, including Arizona State.
