AUSTIN, Texas — Whole Foods Market is bringing in an exclusive Kosher-for-Passover mix of organic and whole-wheat matzo, gluten-free macaroons, organic grape juice and antibiotic-free poultry.

Boutique olive oils, high-end teas and gourmet snacks round out the offerings. Shoppers can also obtain Z’roah (lamb shank) bones, free of charge.

“Whether they’re serving up a secret family recipe, or adding an organic, vegan or gluten-free twist to their Seder Plate, shoppers can count on Whole Foods Market to help make this holiday one their guests — and their taste buds — will remember,” said Errol Schweizer, senior global grocery coordinator for Whole Foods, in a statement.
