Global dairy group Parmalat has released an innovative cream spread set to carve out a new category in the Hispanic dairy market. Nata Crema para Desayuno (Nata Breakfast Cream) is a naturally sweet, clotted cream made with California whole milk. Popular in Mexico and Latin America, the spread can be used on toast and topped with honey, mixed with fruit, or added to a dessert. Parmalat Nata is certified Kosher and Halal and made with rBST-free fresh California whole milk. The product has an SRP of $3.99 for a 12-ounce tub.
