Cello has released a line of Ultimate Cheese Melts, a line of shredded blends developed for specific cheese-based dishes. Three varieties are available: Ultimate Mac N Cheese Melt, featuring gouda, cheddar, parmesan, and Gruyere cheeses; Ultimate Fondue Melt, a mix of fontal, sharp cheddar, Gruyere and imported Swiss; and Ultimate Grilled Cheese Melt, a blend of fontal, sharp cheddar, domestic Swiss and Gouda. Each variety comes in an 8-ounce package for an SRP range of $6.49-$7.09.
