Skogen’s Festival Foods has begun selling gluten-free pasta salads in the deli department, the retailer said on its Facebook page.
The salads will only be offered in individual containers in the grab-and-go case, not the service case, to prevent cross-contamination.
Varieties include bacon broccoli salad, garden rotini salad, macaroni salad and tuna salad.
