Mock Named VP at Southern Family

MOCK NAMED VP AT SOUTHERN FAMILY

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Southern Family Markets here said last week it has named Mike Mock as its new vice president of sales and marketing, effective immediately. Mock has more than 29 years of experience in the grocery industry, all with Piggly Wiggly Carolina, where he most recently was director of grocery merchandising and retail pricing. Mock will report to Max Henderson, the newly named president of Southern Family. SFM is a division of distributor C&S Wholesale Grocers, Keene, N.H. It operates 66 stores under the Bruno's, Food World, Piggly Wiggly, Southern Family Markets and SFM Liquor banners.
