Dunn Joins Buehler's Fresh Foods as Director

WOOSTER, Ohio — E&H Family Group here, parent of the Buehler’s Fresh Foods chain, said Tuesday that Leslie D. Dunn has joined the company’s board of directors.

Dunn was senior vice president of business development at Cole National Corp., a national specialty retailer, from 1997 to 2004, and before that was a partner in the Business Practice Group at the Jones Day law firm.

She is the third non-family member on the company’s board. Other non-family directors are J. Gary Raley of Bowling Green, Ky., a former executive at S.C. Johnson & Son and other Johnson family companies; and Paul H. Carleton, managing partner of Carleton McKenna & Co.

“We appreciate the wisdom, experience, expertise and insight this new group brings to our board,” said Dan Buehler, president of the company, in a statement.

E&H, which is owned by the Buehler family, also operates Ace Hardware stores.
