PNC Bank Adds ATMs in Harris Teeter

CHARLOTTE — PNC Bank on Monday said it will add PNC-branded ATMs in 191 Harris Teeter supermarkets in seven states by the end of the summer.

CHARLOTTE — PNC Bank on Monday said it will add PNC-branded ATMs in 191 Harris Teeter supermarkets in seven states by the end of the summer.

The rollout includes 138 locations in North and South Carolina and 53 stores in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. Cardtronics, Harris Teeter's retail ATM service provider, owns and operates the cash machines.

"PNC is always looking for innovative ways to make banking easier and more convenient for our customers, and these Harris Teeter-based ATMs are a great way to expand our services throughout North Carolina and beyond," said Jim Burzotta, retail banking executive for PNC's southeast region. PNC, based in Pittsburgh, entered the Southeastern U.S. with its acquisition of RBC Bank in March.
