Safeway Offers Summer Discount

PLEASANTON, Calif. — Safeway here is celebrating the season with a “Summer Savers” promotion that gives shoppers $10 back each time they spend $30 in a single transaction. According to the Safeway website, shoppers can choose among thousands of participating brands, including Claritin, Heinz, Gatorade and Breyers. Once shoppers spend the required amount, they receive a $10 coupon at checkout that can be used on their next transaction. The promotion runs through July 5.
