Stater Bros. Markets here said Monday that Dan Meyer has been promoted to the position of executive vice president, retail operations.
His previous title was senior vice president, retail operations. He continues as a director of Stater Bros. Charities and of the California Grocers Association.
According to Jack H. Brown, chairman and chief executive officer, "This promotion is a result of Dan's leadership skills and the contributions he has made towards the success of the company's retail operations department."
