Fred Meyer, Smith’s, and QFC, all owned by Kroger, will start taking SNAP EBT payments for orders online. The option will be offered at Fred Meyer and QFC stores in Washington state, Oregon, and Idaho, and at all Smith’s locations, reports Yahoo Finance.
