Fresh Thyme Farmers Market has filled new roles among its executive ranks.

The retailer has brought on Tod Pepin, former SVP of foods merchandising for Meijer, as its new chief merchandising officer with oversight of all merchandising, marketing and pricing efforts. That role was previously held by Mark Doiron. Doiron left Fresh Thyme in November 2018, according to LinkedIn.

Additionally, Fresh Thyme promoted Dean Little from chief operations officer to chief operating officer, adding the responsibility of the company’s real estate, construction and distribution center operations.

Chris Sherrell, president and CEO of Fresh Thyme, said he is "confident these talented executives will offer fresh ideas, deliver new innovations and lead the company to continued success."

Pepin was SVP of merchandising governance, private brands and business planning for Delhaize America before entering his role at Meijer. He has more than 25 years of experience in merchandising strategy, category management, replenishment and retail operations. Meijer is a major investor in Fresh Thyme.

Little joined the Fresh Thyme team in 2017 with more than 40 years of experience in the grocery industry under his belt. He previously was SVP of operations for Price Chopper.
