Certified Angus Beef’s conference unites retailers, chefs, food distributors, beef companies and family farmers to explore new beef products and recipes, as well as merchandising and marketing solutions to satisfy the growing demand for premium beef. This year marked the brand’s 40th anniversary.
“The Certified Angus Beef brand is a conduit for bringing quality-minded people together to foster relationships that build trust,” Certified Angus Beef President John Stika said in a statement. “It’s a testament to the dedication and commitment of our partners and speaks volumes to the importance of quality to consumers around the world.”
Tulsa, Okla.-based Reasor’s has been offering Certified Angus Beef brand cuts for nearly 30 years, and later introduced Certified Angus Beef Prime to its 18-store footprint.
