Old World meets modern family at the new Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace in North Babylon, N.Y., the company’s seventh store on Long Island and its ninth overall. The full-service 39,241-square-foot supermarket features Uncle Giuseppe’s trademark high-quality, Italian-themed offerings, including an on-site pasta filling station, where shoppers can feast their eyes on the action.

“Shoppers love to see the magic behind creating our signature pasta products. We strive to provide the Old World charm offered by grocers of the past and present it in a modern way,” Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace CEO Carl DelPrete told WGB. “Allowing our customers to view their pasta being made fresh daily aligns perfectly with our mission of creating a great experience. We currently have pasta viewing rooms in four of our nine locations, and there is absolutely an increase in pasta sales at these locations that showcase fresh pasta being made daily.”

The newest Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace at 1170 Deer Park Ave. in North Babylon, N.Y., marks the Melville, N.Y.-based company’s seventh store on Long Island and its ninth overall.

“We are especially proud of our team members who work tirelessly every day to ensure the Uncle Giuseppe's experience, and this newest store is no exception,” said DelPrete. “As we continue to grow our brand and add new locations, we will always remain true to our mission, to be more than just a supermarket and to always provide a great shopping experience with a dedicated staff who understands the meaning of customer service.”
