Parrano has introduced its new Grated Cheese Shakers and Parrano Truffle lines. Both products will be released at the upcoming Summer Fancy Food Show on June 25, 2017, in New York City.

Created by the artisans behind the original Parrano cheese, the Dutch cheese imported by Best Cheese Corp., these new offerings will feature the same texture, nutty flavor and buttery aroma, but with a new twist. The Grated Cheese Shakers will come in three flavors:

  • Parrano Original Grated Cheese Shaker – Incorporates the classic nutty flavor of gouda and parmesan cheese, available in 2.8-ounce and 7-ounce sizes.

  • Parrano Truffle Grated Cheese Shaker – A blend of the original Parrano flavor with shavings of Italian black truffles, available in 2.8-ounces.

  • Parrano Herbs Grated Cheese Shaker – Original Parrano flavor infused with fresh basil, garlic and oregano, available in 2.8-ounce.

Parrano Truffle is crafted using the original Italian Parrano recipe while folding in shavings of Italian black truffles. The product is aged for five months, leaving a deep, earthy flavor with hints of sweetness and a warm, nutty finish.
