After launching their frozen breakfast sandwiches at the Minnesota State Fair in 2020, St. Paul-based Nordic Waffles is expanding to nearly 80 grocery stores throughout Wisconsin. Located in the frozen food section, the all-day breakfast sandwiches feature sausage or bacon, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, egg and a signature heart-shaped waffle.
