Shoppers at Big Y’s Great Barrington, Mass. store can grind their own nut butters.

A new grinding station features fresh cashew, almond, regular peanut and honey peanut butters.

This is not the first specialty department Big Y has opened over the last year. As reported, the retailer opened a popcorn shop at its Tolland, Conn., store.
