Due to customer requests, the Dayton, Ohio, retailer has added new $6, $8 and $10 individual meals. Selections are merchandised with color-coded signage based on pricing. Each meal comes with an entrée and two sides.

“We increased our variety of entrees, vegetables and sides dishes to choose from,” Carrie Walters, Dorothy Lane’s culinary director, writes in the retailer’s shopper newsletter.

Each dinner comes in a microwavable three-compartment plate.
