The Marketplace store carries yellow organic corn meal at 53 cents per pound; whole unbleached organic flour, 65 cents per pound; whole wheat stone-ground organic flour, 53 cents per pound; spelt organic flour, $1.38 per pound; pastry flour, 50 cents per pound; semolina pasta flour, 60 cents per pound, and pancake/waffle mix, $1.11 per pound.
The flours have been carried in the Marketplace store since March.
