Graham crackers are grain- and gluten-free.

Pamela’s has introduced a grain-free graham cracker that is also gluten-free and made from a blend of non-GMO almond flour, organic coconut flour and organic cassava flour. The product is also fee of egg, corn, soy and nuts and does not contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial additives and flavors. The graham crackers can be used for snacking, dunking, ice cream sandwiches, s’mores, pie crusts and desserts, the company said.
