SN 2014 Marketer of the Year Marc Giroux says Metro recognizes that customer-centricity “as one of the key pillars of our strategy” and as such Metro has worked with Dunnhumby to initiate a corresponding loyalty program. Giroux was interviewed by Supermarket Guru Phil Lempert leading up to the 2014 FMI Midwinter Executive Conference.
