Industry Leaders converged on Scottsdale, Ariz., for the 2014 FMI Midwinter Executive Conference, which provided insights on critical issues, networking and bit of down time.

This year's event delivered roadmaps for dealing with critical challenges ranging from Big Data to cybersecurity.

Leaders took time to salute colleagues with a number of awards, including the Sidney R. Rabb Award, FMI's highest honor, presented to Neil Golub, executive chairman of the board for Price Chopper.
