Garden of Life, a producer of Certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO Verified nutritional products, has partnered with USA Track & Field (USATF) as an Official Sponsor. Extending through 2020, the agreement features exclusivity in the protein bar, protein powder, protein shake and probiotics categories and allows Garden of Life the opportunity to educate athletes about the importance of clean nutrition without unsafe or banned substances. The partnership is already in action, with Garden of Life protein products available to USATF athletes at their team training camp currently underway in Texas.

"We're thrilled to work with USATF, and especially during this exciting time as they prepare for competition at the world's biggest athletic stage," says Garden of Life president Brian Ray. "It's crucial that all athletes have access to safe, clean, clinically studied and scientifically formulated nutrition. This partnership enables us to expand our support of track and field athletes worldwide, including members of the USATF National Team."

As an official USATF partner, Garden of Life protein products will be available to help elite athletes fuel their workouts and competitions year-around, including at national team training camps, qualifying events, national championships, and athlete lounges. Products will also be placed in national team kits and exclusive discounts will be offered to more than 130,000 USATF members. Ray added that Garden of Life's nutritionist and top educators will conduct workshops for athletes to inform them about the company's innovative products that offer clinically studied ingredients for training, competitions and recovery.

"Due to the growing demand for clean, Certified USDA Organic nutrition without toxic pesticides or GMOs, Garden of Life has been the protein of choice for runners, Ironman competitors, and track and field athletes for years," Ray says. "These consumers helped us become the leading brand for protein, meal replacement, and weight loss powders since 2010. By joining forces with USATF, we are now privileged to offer athletes the best protein bars, powders and probiotics on the market and work with them on building a solid nutritional foundation."
