The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) 2017 Dairy-Deli-Bake Seminar & Expo is back in Anaheim, Calif. for three days of networking and presentations at the Anaheim Convention Center from June 4-6.

With a lineup of top-rated speakers, live demonstrations and workshops, attendees have countless opportunities to build relationships, sell and buy new products and services, and gain insight into the industry. This year’s highlights include speakers Earvin “Magic” Johnson, CEO, Magic Johnson Enterprises; Arnold Schwarzenegger, California’s 38th governor; Mike Eardley, IDDBA president and CEO; and Doug Rauch, former president of Trader Joe’s. The Show and Sell Workshop, inspired by the principles of the “Experience Economy,” will feature live demonstrations and 30-minute interactive sessions from industry professionals, like Eddie Yoon, author of Superconsumers, and Giada De Laurentiis, celebrity chef, and attendees can visit the Expert Neighborhood to schedule appointments for one-on-one meetings with experts to discuss business problems and industry challenges around people, products and regulations.

Of course IDDBA knows how to have some fun, too. This year’s edition will showcase the artistry and talent from three contestants in the 22nd Annual Cake Decorating Challenge, where contestants will decorate enough cakes to fill an 8-foot bakery case. Plus, Jim Belushi, star of the hit TV show According to Jim, will bring improvised comedy to the IDDBA stage along with members of the Board of Comedy, including Megan Grano, Larry Joe Campbell, Joshua Funk and Trey Stone.

That is just a tiny taste of what IDDBA is serving this year. The show attracts more than 9,000 attendees and exhibitors, and features more than 730 companies and 1,900 booths. Here is a preview of what can be found at some of those exhibiting companies:
