Brookshire Brothers will soon be using digital tools from ecommerce developer eGrowcery for its online ordering and fulfillment operations.

The grocer, which operates in Texas and western Louisiana, will launch the new platform on Jan. 1.

Features will include integrated coupon clipping and redemption, complex promotions, and other consumer-facing aesthetic improvements.

Brookshire Brothers also will deploy a more efficient picking and fulfillment technology suite.

“The customer will benefit from being able to use digital coupons and navigate promotional savings while [the] store team optimizes the picking process to help save time and money,” said CEO and President John Alston.
