CINCINNATI — Banner-specific information and the ability to build shopping lists are among the offerings on Kroger Co.’s updated mobile app.

Available for Android and iPhone devices, Version 2.0 also lets users find stores and load coupons digitally to their loyalty cards.

“Version 2.0 gives you the opportunity to select your local Kroger banner, to find a store near you, and to load digital coupons to your Shopper’s Card,” Kroger states in promotional materials.

Kroger said it also has improved the user experience and fixed some bugs from the first version.

Customer reviews are positive, for the most part.

“I forget to add new coupons to my card every month, so this app really makes it convenient,” one person wrote in an online review. “It's also so easy to check my fuel points and other rewards.”

“Love that I can load coupons straight to my card, and making my list and seeing the weekly ad, too,” another person wrote.
