Harris Teeter said yesterday it is reintroducing its holistic “yourwellness” health program for families. Beginning Friday, customers can pick up a free yourwellness brochure at Harris Teeter stores or download it online.

MATTHEWS, N.C. — Harris Teeter here said yesterday it is reintroducing its holistic “yourwellness” health program for families. Beginning Friday, customers can pick up a free yourwellness brochure at Harris Teeter stores or download it online.

It contains nutrition information, stress management techniques, menu planning, recipes, a walking program and more. Also available online: a 15-week point tracker, a seven-day meal plan and an online video on how to read nutrition labels, among other educational materials.

Shoppers can also sign up for the yourwellness bimonthly email newsletter containing health information, cooking demonstrations, an informational video and member-only discounts.
