DAYTON, Ohio — Dorothy Lane Market’s 9th annual health fair will be held Saturday, March 19, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Springboro store.

Premier Community Health, a nonprofit organization that serves hospital partners in Dayton and Cincinnati, will offer a variety of free services, including blood pressure; non-fasting finger stick to test cholesterol//HDL//blood sugar and hemoglobin A1c for diagnosed diabetics; and Derma Scan for detecting facial skin cancer.

Also in attendance will be holistic health practitioners, who will a free mini-massage or reflexology session. Representatives from supplement and natural body care companies will be present in Dorothy Lane’s Healthy Living department to give away samples and share product information.

Participating companies include Carlson, Woodstock Farms, Garden of Life, Solgar, New Chapter, Proventive, Redd Remedies and The Robin’s Nest Soap.

Attendees will get to sample natural and organic foods, and save 30% on select brands.

There will also be several free seminars, including “Dodging Toxins While Optimizing Health,” “Put a Spring into Your Step with Natural Healing Methods,” and “Good Tools for Bad Digestion.”
