Explore Cuisine, formerly known as Explore Asian, will unveil its new brand name and a line of six gluten-free, organic pastas at the Natural Products Expo West trade show, which will be held March 11-13 in Anaheim, Calif.
Explore Cuisine Pulse Pastas are made from organic lentils and organic chickpeas. High in protein and a good source of fiber, the pastas are vegan, organic and gluten-free. Varieties include: Red Lentil Penne, Green Lentil Penne, Chickpea Fusilli, Red Lentil Spaghetti, Chickpea Spaghetti and Green Lentil Lasagne Sheets. The eight-ounce pastas have a suggested retail price of $4.99 and will launch in Spring 2016.
Explore Cuisine Bean Pastas feature one ingredient: organic beans. The pastas take seven minutes to prepare and offer 20-25-grams of protein and 11-grams of fiber per serving. Varieties include Adzuki Bean Spaghetti, Black Bean Spaghetti, Edamame Spaghetti, Soybean Spaghetti, Edamame and Mungbean Fettucine. The eight-ounce pastas have a suggested retail price of $4.99 and will launch in Summer 2016.
