KRAVE Pure Foods launched its newest innovation, the KRAVE Bar. The company’s first departure outside of its flagship line of jerky products, the KRAVE Bar offers a new protein snacking experience.

The KRAVE Bar comes in four flavors, Chipotle Cherry Beef, Cranberry Thyme Turkey, Mango Jalapeño Pork and Wild Blueberry Beef. Made with simple ingredients that contains no added nitrites or artificial ingredients, the new addition provides a blend of sweet and savory flavors, while offering a good source of protein that can be enjoyed on-the-go. The KRAVE Bar is made with either pork, beef or turkey combined with quinoa and dried fruit. The KRAVE Bar is a result of months of recipe and nutritional testing.

The KRAVE Bar is also giving back through its ties with the latest Team KRAVE member and U.S. Olympian Michael Phelps. KRAVE Pure Foods will donate a portion of its bar sales up to $50,000 to The Michael Phelps Foundation, whose mission is to promote the sport of swimming and healthy active lives. So far, the Foundation has reached over 15,000 children and adults with their life-saving water safety, goal setting and healthy living program.

“We are elated to finally get the KRAVE Bar into the hands of consumers who are looking for a new tasty better-for-you meat snack,” says Rusti Porter, KRAVE head of marketing. “We also couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with The Michael Phelps Foundation. Michael Phelps is an inspiration to us all and his performance at the 2016 Olympic Games was an amazing articulation of our KRAVE Better message of demanding more in all aspects of your life. We look forward to working together on the launch of our KRAVE Bar and to help spread the message of living an active and healthy lifestyle”
