Loblaw Cos. said it was partnering with Alive Publishing Group to launch a new natural health magazine, sage, to be available at its stores later this year. Sage will be available free of charge at more than 800 stores beginning with a September debut issue.

Published nine times a year, Sage is planned as a resource for up-to-date healthy, natural, and sustainable information, the companies said. Each issue will feature original natural health, lifestyle, and food content for readers seeking to make active buying decisions within the natural health category. Initial distribution will be 140,000 each issue.
