Plocky’s Fine Snacks will showcase its new PrOTATO CRISPS snack at The Winter Fancy Food Show on Jan. 22-24, 2017 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

Plocky’s new line of PrOTATO CRISPS are a vegetarian source of protein and provide seven grams per serving. They are gluten free, peanut free, tree nut free, MSG free and Kosher Certified.

Plocky’s Fine Snacks is owned by Paul Cipolla, who was inducted into the Specialty Food Hall of Fame at last year’s Summer Fancy Food Show.

“What better way to showcase our new PrOTATO CRISPS than at The Winter Fancy Food Show,” Cipolla says. “The Winter Fancy Food Show provides us with an opportunity to showcase just how healthy and great tasting PrOTATO CRISPS are to a national audience of retailers and distributors.”

PrOTATO CRISPS come in the following three flavors:

Original with Himalayan Pink Salt - This specialty salt comes from ancient sea beds within the Himalayan Mountains in Pakistan. With hues of pink, red, and white, these vibrant colors are a sign of the salt’s rich and varying mineral content, company officials say.

Spicy Honey BBQ - The sweetness from the honey balances the spicy heat of the barbeque sauce, according to officials.

Peppercorn Ranch - The taste of bold peppercorns mixed with savory ranch seasoning.

“We want to give health-conscious consumers the ability to make better choices in their snacking habits,” Cipolla says. “We believe the snack category lacks options of providing consumers with not only healthy products, but healthy products that taste great.”

Plocky’s Fine Snacks will be at The Winter Fancy Food Show at Booth #566. Plocky’s new PrOTATO CRISPS will be showcased in the “What’s New…What’s Hot” Exhibit.
