What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
When I am training someone and they get excited about learning. There is so little of that anymore.
What inspires your leadership approach?
Knowing that people really want to learn. If I can make a difference in someone’s life, that inspires me.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
It is a very small community even though it seems big. I value the friendships I have with people I have worked with. I value learning from others. There is a wealth of knowledge in this industry.
