What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is coaching and mentoring leaders. I am fortunate to work with remarkably talented and creative people daily. Seeing them become successful leaders and being exceptional in their roles is rewarding.

What inspires your leadership approach?

My leadership approach is inspired by mentors that challenge me constantly to improve and stay curious.

What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?

Serving others and having a community presence is the most valued part of being in the grocery industry. Being part of a community drive and customers’ special moments is a remarkable experience. The grocery industry is constantly adapting to the ever-changing landscape. This creates the need to pivot quickly to changing dynamics.

Favorite food: Crawfish tamales.
