CINCINNATI — Kroger shoppers looking to save big at the checkout have two more days to take advantage of the chain’s popular “Cart Buster” savings event.

CINCINNATI — Kroger shoppers looking to save big at the checkout have two more days to take advantage of the chain’s popular “Cart Buster” savings event.

Through tomorrow, the chain will offer deep discounts on hundreds of products in dairy, grocery, pet food, frozens, baby and other departments.

Participating products include General Mills cereal, $2.29; Ruffles Potato Chips, two for $5; and Chicken of the Sea White Tuna, 10 for $10. All are identified with yellow “Save Big” shelf tags.

Procter & Gamble, General Mills, PepsiCo and Nestlé are among the sponsors.

In addition to in-store savings, shoppers can download a “Deal of the Day” digital coupon from the Kroger.com website. Today’s deal is $1 off a Yoplait item with the purchase of a Yoplait multi-pack or larger. The promotion kicked off Feb. 29.
