MODESTO, Calif. — Save Mart Supermarkets here said Roger DeGray has been named senior director of meat and seafood.

MODESTO, Calif. — Save Mart Supermarkets here said Roger DeGray has been named senior director of meat and seafood.

He succeeds Marty Stephanic, who retired in April. DeGray was formerly senior category manager for meat, a position for which the company is seeking a successor.

In other changes, both Kathy Mondloch and Steve Urgo have retired as center store category merchants. The company said it has not yet named their successors.
