Weis Markets Names Four SVPs

SUNBURY, Pa. -- Weis Markets here on Monday said it has promoted four executives: Rusty Graber, Jim Marcil, Jay Ropietski and Kurt Schertle have been named senior vice presidents. They report to Weis Markets’ president and chief executive officer David J. Hepfinger.

Graber has been promoted to senior vice president, real estate and development. He joined the company in 1989 and had been vice president of real estate. Marcil joined the company in 2002 and had been vice president of human resources. He is now senior vice president of human resources.

Ropietski, now senior vice president of operations, joined the company in 2008 and had been vice president of operations. Schertle joined the company in 2009 and had been vice president of sales and merchandising. He is now senior vice president of sales and merchandising.
